Directed by Rebecca Tansley, TENOR: My Name Is Pati is a feature documentary that follows Pene’s story from humble origins in the South Pacific to the world’s greatest opera stages. Weaving intimate family archive footage with behind-the-scenes observations and soaring performances, the film blends humour and heart to reveal how the power of family and cultural pride, determination, and resilience can yield rewards when chasing an unlikely dream.

Mozart’s magnificent setting of the Requiem Mass needs no introduction. One of his last works and a landmark of choral music, it is paired on this album with a new and complementary work by the pianist and composer Fazıl Say: Mozart ve Mevlana.

For Pene Pati's third studio album release with Warner Classics, he brings his distinctive warmth to another quintessentially Italian art form: Neapolitan song, with Il Pomo d'Oro.

Pene Pati makes his role debut as the title character in Mozart's opera "Mitridate, re di Ponto". Filmed at the Staatsoper Berlin, Satoshi Miyagi directs, and Marc Minkowski conducts Les Musiciens du Louvre and an outstanding cast.
